The Network Partners could be composed of international, regional and national institutions, organizations, agencies and programmes that are concerned with and actively promoting water quality issues in the Asia-Pacific region. They are responsible to approve the strategic direction, annual work plan and budget for the Network.
The partners are:

- International Water Association (IWA)
- PUB Singapore
- Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Tropical Medicine and Public Health Network (SEAMEO TROPMED)
- United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat)
- United States Agency for International Development Environmental Cooperation-Asia (USAID ECO-Asia)
- World Health Organisation (WHO)

The Network Participants are any interested stakeholders that agree with the Network’s mission and objectives and who are willing to commit themselves to achieve these objectives.
