Frequently Asked Questions 

Q How do I register as a WSPortal user?
A Click on Login and select please click here to register. Only your name, organization and
   email address is required. This will provide full access to the site. However, you will need to
   wait for an email confirmation before you can upload documents. 

Q Why do I have to register as a WSPortal user?
A  Through this registration you will automatically receive updates about news, events and
    most importantly new tools and case studies available.

Q How do I submit a tool or case study?
A Once you are register you will see the option 'update toolbox' in the topmenu.
   Entering this site you can click on new tool/case study and fill out the necessary details,
   select the category/categories to which your knowledge product belongs, attach the
   pdf and click on save & upload.

Q How do I find a tool or case study?
A There are multiple ways to find a tool or case study. The first one is to click on Tool index/
   case    studies in the topmenu. This will bring you to the toolbox, where you can navigate
   between categories and find a tool or case study accordingly. The second option is relevant
   if you know exactly what you are searching for and is accessed through the search function.
   Type in key words and press enter, it will illustrate a selection of tools and case studies that
   are relevant to your request. The third option is to click on one of the eleven modules of WSPs
   illustrated in the animation. This will take you to the overview section of that modules that
   explains the module. Once there you can click on the boxes Examples/tools or case studies
   that will bring you to the relevant section of the toolbox. The same applies to the animation
   from catchment to consumer.

Q How do I comment on a tool or case study?
A Click on the title of the tool/case study and click on rate document. Here you can give stars
  to the document and provide comments to it.
